  • Aerial Silks

    This fabric based apparatus has two tails, allowing you to climb and wrap yourself into intricate poses and shapes.

    An aerial silks class begins with a short ground-based warm up and a little bit of conditioning. After that, you will learn a new trick or short sequence that fits your skill level. You can expect to focus on the technique for climbing and inverting upside down. This engaging work out will target your upper body and core strength, while simultaneously working on body awareness and flexibility. It is the perfect balance of challenging and fun!

    As you advance, you may begin to perform skills higher off the ground and learn exciting drops.

    No Prerequisites 

    Ages 7+

  • Aerial Sling

    Aerial Sling, similar to aerial silks, uses fabric. Class will begin with a ground based warm up and a little bit of conditioning. After that, you will learn a new skill or sequence.

    The fabric is connected in a hammock allowing invert upside down, perform skills, and tricks without climbing. As you advance, you may add drops and spinning.

    No Prerequisites

    Ages 6+

  • Aerial Hoop

    In this class, you will learn basic aerial hoop technique and skills- including sequences, tricks, and conditioning. An aerial hoop is made of steel or aluminum. It is suspended in the air for you to find beautiful poses in.

    During an aerial hoop class, you can expect to do a little bit of conditioning and learn a little sequence of lovely skills in the hoop.

    This class is bound to work your core and upper body strength. Come explore the world upside down with us!

    Ages 7+

  • Aerial Choreography Class

    The focus of this class is musicality, expression, and stamina. Students will have their endurance challenged as they work through pre-choreographed sequences on the aerial silks. 

    Prerequisites: 

    Footlocks (Dancer and Figure-8)

    Inversions in the Air

    French Climb

    Russian Climb

    Ages 8+

Yoga with Lauren

Join Lauren for a 60 minute Vinyasa style yoga flow! You will move with your breath to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Enjoy the various benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat, when you join Lauren for a fun and invigorating flow! Please bring your own mat.
