Escape to Portugal’s breathtaking Algarve coast for one of two unique aerial silks retreats. Each week offers a distinct experience while sharing a focus on artistry, movement, adventure, and connection.
Together in Flight (June 13–20) is an intergenerational aerial retreat for both youth and adult aerialists. The week focuses on aerial artistry, musicality, creativity, and shared experiences. Youth participants are required to attend with a parent, guardian, mentor, or other supportive adult. Accompanying adults are welcome to participate in classes but are not required to train. This retreat is ideal for mother/daughter pairs, mentors and mentees, siblings, aunts/uncles and nieces/nephews, or training partners looking to experience aerial together.
Artistry in Flight (June 20–27) is an adults-only immersive retreat focused on deeper artistic exploration through musicality, choreography, sequencing, and technique refinement. This week is designed for aerialists who want to train intentionality, explore creatively, and continue developing their aerial artistry in a supportive and fun environment.
Both retreats take place just minutes from the Algarve’s dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and the vibrant Old Town of Lagos, Portugal.
Meet Kelsey.
Aerial Silks Coach
Kelsey is a passionate aerial instructor and performer located in Delavan, WI. As the founder of the Lofty Life Aerial Dance, LLC., she has over 7 years of coaching experience and 10 years of performing experience.
Kelsey has been certified as an instructor through both the Circus Arts Institute and Aerial Physique. What sets her apart is her passion for turning aerial tricks into aerial dance. She is endlessly inspired by the intersection of aerial arts and dance.
With a love of travel, passion for aerial, & desire for adventure she cannot wait to spend the week with you in Lagos, Portugal!
