Knot Tricks
Disclaimer: Many of the skills in this section are truly hammock/sling skills. We are including them in this platform for the following two reasons:
1. To help students understand the body positioning for certain skills on the silks. (ie. knot drop is a perfect parallel for fallen angel).
2. To help students who are struggling with fundamental skills (like footlocks or inversions) feel successful. The knot is a great alternative for students who cannot feel comfortable in footlocks yet.
